As one of the top employers in the UK for 15 years in a row it is no surprise people are often hoping to land a job with JD Wetherspoon.
They are known to provide employees with great benefits and the chance to progress up the career ladder so it is worth applying if you think the job is right for you even if you don't have the relevant experience.
There are a number of Wetherspoon pubs in Bristol and some just outside the city so plenty of chances to find a vacancy.
The pub chain offers a training programme to new staff members, with all applicants needing to be 18 or over to be considered for certain roles.
Wages range from £8.36 to £9.36 an hour, with employees working between midnight and 6am getting an extra pound an hour.
And the staff benefits aren't bad either, with staff enjoying 50 per cent off food and 20 per cent off drinks at JD Wetherspoon venues.
