Some of the biggest brands around have already signed up for a brand new Yorkshire shopping centre.
As part of the plans Yorkshire will also be gaining a state-of-the-art water park, as well as a new stadium for the Castleford Tigers rugby club.
The futuristic 106-acre Axiom shopping centre will be based just off junction 32 of the M62, close to Xscape and Junction 32 retail park.
The new shopping centre will include 75 units housing some of the most exciting retailers in the country.
A promotional video for Axiom shows the logo of clothing giant Uniqlo, teasing the possibility that their first ever Yorkshire store could be based in the new shopping centre.
Where are we at with the shopping centre?
Work is well underway with Axiom, and 12 big brands have now committed to the shopping centre, meaning over 50% of the floor space is now taken.
Building work is on-going and the centre is due to open in Autumn 2021.
