If you've ever fancied running your own pub, now could be your chance.
The following Merseyside pubs are all on the look-out for new landlords - and if you're a convivial sort of person with a grasp of business and a good work ethic, it could be right up your street.
They range from no-nonsense community pubs to grander bars and restaurants in more affluent areas.
And in most cases, private accommodation is included - so if you take it on, you're getting a home as well as a business.
You'll need a bit of money behind you, though.
First, there will be ' ingoing costs ' to pay. This is the minimum amount needed to take on the pub, and usually includes the security deposit, the first stock and glassware order, and some fixtures and fittings.
In the list below, this amount varies between £3,000 and £20,000, depending on the pub.
In many cases there will also be annual rent to pay, which includes any rent for private accommodation.
There are two main types of landlord arrangement: a Tenancy, where you pay the rent, bills and staff costs yourself; and Self Employed Management, where you don't pay bills or rent but take a percentage of sales.
In the list below, the annual rent varies between £7,800 and £30,000 a year.
So here are the pubs in Merseyside - plus one in Ellesmere Port - which are currently up for grabs on the findmypub.com website.
