Yia Mass

Where: Park Street

Asking price: £595,000

Yia Mass, which doubles up as an eatery during the day, trades as a bar and late-night music venue which stays open until 5.30am on Friday and Saturday nights. It has been under the same ownership since 2005.

It was put up for sale in January 2018.

Beese's Riverside Bar

Where: Broomhill

The secluded riverside pub and tearoom on the banks of the River Avon is a popular spot for a drink, especially during the summer months.

The bar is accessible from Broomhill and Brislington or via a ferry that carries customers across the Avon from the riverside path on the other side.

St George's Hall in Redfield is one of 16 Wetherspoons branches across the UK currently up for sale.

Profits at the UK-wide chain have fallen 18.9 per cent to £50.3million in the first half of this financial year as costs rocketed - especially labour, which increased by about £33million.

This is despite revenue rising 7.1 per cent to £889.6million and like-for-like sales increasing by 6.3 per cent in the period.

The Llandoger Trow

Where: King Street

It was announced earlier this month that the Llandoger Trow is closing down - an announcement which sent shockwaves through Bristol.

Whitbread, which owns the historic boozer, is currently on the lookout for a new business to take it on after it closes on April 20.

The Kings Arms

Where: Hollywood Road, Brislington

A sign has appeared on the Brislington pub advertising a 'fantastic business opportunity'.

It is not known when it was put up for sale although it is thought to be towards the end of March

The Langley Arms

Where: Guest Avenue, Emersons Green

Asking price: £1,500,000

The Langley Arms is a substantial detached inn and restaurant in Emersons Green with parking for 50 cars.

It is adjacent to a period farmhouse with nine guest rooms and has been under the same ownership since 1996.

Amoeba

Where: Kings Road, Clifton

Asking price: £95,000

Amoeba in Clifton is described as a stylish and established cocktail and craft beer bar.

It's located on Kings Road, a "charming no through road set off the main Clifton Downs High Street, famed for its independent cafés, shops, bars and eateries," according to estate agents Rightmove.

Faraway Cocktail Club

Where: Small Street, city centre

Asking price: £195,000

Inspired by the success of its sister bar Flipside, Faraway launched on Small Street in March 2018.

But while the tropical cocktail bar is still trading and taking bookings, a buyer is being sought for the premises.
