Restaurants may have been forced to close their doors amid the coronavirus pandemic, but a large number are still offering takeaways instead.
But when you're choosing what to order, you will want to be sure the place that's cooking it has good food hygiene standards.
We've compiled a list of the places in Carmarthenshire with a one food hygiene rating.
The scores are published on the Food Standards Agency website, and may be subject to change.
Carmarthenshire Council confirmed that the below scores are correct.
What's taken into account when judging a hygiene rating?
- How hygienically the food is handled - how it is prepared, cooked, re-heated, cooled and stored
- The condition of the building - cleanliness, layout, ventilation and other facilities
- How the business manages and records what it does to make sure food is safe
If it's given a one rating, it means major improvement is necessary. The only rating that's lower is a zero which means urgent improvement is necessary. There are currently no businesses in Carmarthenshire with a zero rating.
