All the Ireland lockdown reopening reports today - indoor pubs date, foreign holidays, large gatherings

Ireland's lockdown is finally coming to an end as Taoiseach Micheal Martin is set to confirm a summer easing.

Cabinet will meet later to consider a number of recommendations from the Covid-19 sub-committee which met on Thursday.

And Ministers are expected to “100%” approve the return of pints and eating indoors from July 5.

Sport and concerts are also set for a return over the coming months after it was agreed to hold pilot gigs and matches with crowds from hundreds to thousands between June and August.

Outdoor dining will also resume from June 7 but it will be just under a month thereafter before people can be served a meal and a pint inside.

And while a final decision will not be made until after Friday's Cabinet meeting, we already have very strong indications as to what we can expect.

Here is everything we know so far:

June 7

Outdoor dining returns at pubs, bars and restaurants.

Gyms and pools reopen.

Cinemas reopen.

Outdoor gatherings of up to 100 people are due to be allowed at some point in June, rising to 200 in larger grounds.

July 5

Indoor dining at restaurants, pubs, bars and cafes.

50 people allowed at wedding receptions.

July 19

International travel looks set to return.

August

Up to 5,000 people to be allowed at large outdoor venues OR 25% of capacity.

100 people allowed at wedding receptions.
