All the countries currently on the amber list where you'll be able to go on holiday from July 19

Fully vaccinated holidaymakers will no longer be requited to self-isolate when they return to England later this month, it has been announced.

Transport Secretary Grant Shapps confirmed the move to MPs in the House of Commons on Thursday - days after Boris Johnson outlined his plans for those living in England beyond July 19.

Mr Shapps explained how people who have had both doses of the coronavirus vaccine will be able to enjoy quarantine-free travel to amber list destinations.

However, those who do decided to travel will still be required to take a test three days before returning, producing a negative test before they travel, and PCR test on or before day two.

They will no longer be required to take a test on day eight following their return.

"In essence, this means that for fully vaccinated travellers the requirements for green and amber list countries are the same," Mr Shapps added.

They also have to have had their final vaccine days 14 days before they travel.

The transport secretary also said that he would update MPs in "due course" about allowing international visitors back to the UK and said they "are working to extend our approach to vaccinated passengers from important markets and holiday destinations later this summer."

This means that travellers will be able to visit holiday hot spots, including the likes of France, Germany, Portugal, Spain and more from later this month if they have been double vaccinated.

The below list is accurate up to 8 July, but may change in the future.
