Captain Tom Moore has become a national hero after he raised £30million for charity by doing a sponsored walk up and down his garden.
And the veteran is now being celebrated once again as he reached his 100th birthday on Thursday.
Celebrities have been taking to social media to wish Captain Tom a very special happy birthday.
Holly Willoughby opted to wear a poppy print dress in his honour while she hosted This Morning today.
Taking to Instgram to share a photo of her outfit, Holly said: "Happy 100th Birthday to Colonel Tom Moore... sending you huge amounts of love..."
Amanda Holden also paid tribute on her Heart Breakfast Show this morning.
She decided to sing Happy Birthday to him in the style of Marilyn Monroe to US President JFK.
Tom previously said he has a soft spot for Amanda, calling her a "charming creature" and "gorgeous".
He was clearly chuffed as she blew him a kiss at the end.
In his post Piers Morgan celebrated Captain Tom being made a Colonel in honour of his milestone birthday.
Piers tweeted: "Happy 100th Birthday COLONEL Tom!
"Promoted by the Queen to mark this very special day. Wonderful!"
Peter Andre posted a string of pictures of Captain Tom to accompany his message on Instagram.
The Mysterious Girl singer wrote: "Happy 100th Birthday Colonel Tom Moore. A truly remarkable man."
Rio Ferdinand also shared a picture of him on the app.
He said: "Good morning everyone! Special Happy 100th birthday to Colonel Tom."
The former footballer added the clapping emojis and the hashtag #Legend.
Paddy McGuinness' wife Christine also had a message for Captain Tom on Instagram.
She said: "Happy Birthday Colonel Tom Moore 100 today! A true hero and inspiration!
"Wishing you the very best on your 100th birthday."
