The 90s, a decade which for many of us can be characterised by butterfly clips, crop tops and Kappa tracksuits.
Just the other week we wrote about all the early noughties trends that defined our childhood and, quite frankly, it really hit us in the nostalgic feels.
So, we thought, why not revisit another iconic era of fashion and beauty trends that seems to be absolutely everywhere at the moment.
That's right folks, we are taking this time to revisit the 90s.
To be fair, in this day and age it has become an incredibly modern trend to revisit past decades for inspiration. From fashion to music and TV shows, nostalgia culture is everywhere.
Also, we wouldn't be the only ones to be looking back on the 90's, as this particular decade seems to have invaded the 21 century and can be seen everywhere from high street stores to pop culture.
You have Primark releasing collections inspired by Clueless and Nickelodeon, while Olivia Rodrigo's "Sour" pretty much seems like it was brought right from the 90's and Willow Smith collaborates with Avril Lavigne.
Not to mention Bennifer 2.0 are once again an official couple.
So, you'd be forgiven for thinking that you have been flung back to the past recently.
Since the 90s seems to be having its own revival, we decided to take this time to take a look back at some of the more interesting fashion and beauty choices that we made back in the day.
From butterfly clips to bubble jackets, we hope you are in for another flash to the past.
Butterfly clips
Every cool girl in school wore these flimsy little clips in her hair and you just knew you had to get some.
I mean, was there anything better than taking a trip to Claire's with your mates - or your mum - to get a handful of these in all the different colours?
Also, if they had glitter on them, even better.
Crop tops/Boob tubes

If you grew up in the late 90s days of watching Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera during your daily dose of MTV, chances are you wanted to recreate one of their iconic looks involving these crop tops.
Nothing said 90s cool kid like a top that flashed the belly button, especially if they paired with those hip hugging jeans.
Now don't get us started on the handkerchief tops...
Mood rings
Before Gen Z'ers were wearing their hearts on their clothing with slogan tops, we millennials were wearing them on our...fingers?
Yup, that's right. Everybody had to have a mood ring because, quite frankly, how would you know how you were truly feeling.
These were usually purchased at a side stall or at the till of Tammy Girl which you thought made you look awesome, but it really just left you with a green finger.
Bubble jackets
We have to be honest, this is one of those 90s trends that we totally don't mind.
Considering it kept you warm when the weather was cold it did it's job and, not to mention, puffer jackets still seem to be the in thing for some people.
Baby G watches

Is there anything that says 90s cool kid like the Baby G watches?
I mean, they are right up there with tamagotchi's and cassette tapes.
While the youngsters of today want an I-watch or some other hi-tech alternative, we adored these translucent watches that came in a variety of different bubble-gum style colours.
Blue eyeliner/eyeshadow

The fact that kids today are completely skipping the days of experimenting with wild make-up looks is a pretty hurtful one.
Why do they get to go to perfect contouring and beauty influencers, when we all thought we looked amazing with loaded blue eyeshadow and mascara - sometimes combined together!
Also, the frostier the better, we weren't here for the dark blue colours at the time.
Bucket hats

Whenever there was a music festival that you were heading to with the lads, you just now you were going to be packing one of these.
If they were good enough for the likes of Noel Gallagher and Phoebe from Friends, then you surely must have looked good in them?
The answer is no, no one looked good in them.
Name chains
Why did we all think that we needed a nameplate necklace that reminded everyone of our names?
Not to mention that, if we really liked someone, we would sometimes sport their name chain around our necks.
Did any of your favourite 90s trends make it on to the list, or are there any others you remember?
