SACRAMENTO, Calif. _ The Golden State Warriors finished with a 130-125 win over the Sacramento Kings on Friday by relying on their All-Star scorers.
Guard Stephen Curry (35 points), Kevin Durant (33) and Klay Thompson (27) all made crucial plays to cement a 17-2 run to close the game. The Warriors (20-10) needed it considering the Kings' Buddy Hield (27 points), De'Aron Fox (25 points, nine assists), Willie Cauley-Stein (22) and Nemanja Bjelica (18) all logged double digits.
The Warriors also became plagued with foul trouble (23), turnovers (18) and fast-break points allowed (20) against the Kings (16-12).
The Warriors will have Saturday off, practice on Sunday and play Monday against Memphis at Oracle Arena.
