Every skating game brings something different to the table. Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater levels have that high score chase, while modern sims like Session and Skater XL focus on an authentic and precise feel. On the other hand, EA’s Skate series consists of a more laid-back, sandbox approach. It’s the perfect game to turn your mind off, but also one that lets you pull off the craziest stunts.
With the new live-service Skate right around the corner, there’s no better time to revisit Skate 3. And since the game is all about creativity and messing around, cheat codes feel right at home here. To help you crank up the fun factor, we’re listing all the Skate 3 cheat codes below.
How To Use Cheat Codes In Skate 3
Before you start scrambling to enter these cheats in your game, keep in mind that cheat codes only work in Free Play. You can enter Free Play from the pause menu; the option is near the bottom. Once you’re in Free Play, go to the Pause Menu > Options > Extras, and select Enter Cheat Code.
If you’re on PC, just use your keyboard to enter the cheats you want directly. On consoles, you’ll get access to an on-screen keyboard that you can use to enter the cheats. While you’re in Free Play and using cheats, keep in mind that this will disable select achievements/trophies for your current session. You’ll have to restart the game and start playing without cheats to enable them again.
All Skate 3 Cheat Codes
All the Skate 3 Cheat Codes listed below work on any platform, so you don’t need to worry about being locked out of certain extras in the game. Enter the cheat codes exactly as they are, even if they don’t have spaces in between.
- dontbesomayo – Unlocks all Miracle Whip items (mainly a cool Miracle Whip T-Shirt). You can find all these items under the Edit Skater menu.
- mcfly – Unlocks hoverboard mode. As the name suggests, you can be like Marty McFly and turn your skateboard into a hoverboard. The wheel and trucks disappear, imitating a hoverboard effect. This doesn’t affect actual gameplay as it’s just a visual change.
- miniskaters – Shrinks all characters, but your hands, feet, and arms are really big for the tiny torso.
- streetsweeper – Reset all objects in the game to their original state/position.
- zombie – Enables Zombie Mode. Your screen will turn green, and all the pedestrians will turn into zombies that want to chase and attack you.
- deadspacetoo – Unlock Isaac Clarke from the Dead Space series as a playable character.
Unlockable Characters In Skate 3
Isaac Clarke isn’t the only character you can unlock in Skate 3. If you complete the Hall of Meat challenges, you can unlock two more special characters: Dem Bones and Meat Man. In case you’re not familiar, Hall of Meat is a quest type in Skate 3 where you have to break your character’s bones or injure yourself as badly as you can.
- Dem Bones – Complete more than half of the Hall of Meat challenges.
- Meat Man – Complete every Hall of Meat challenge.
In case you’re wondering, Dem Bones is just a skeleton, and Meat Man is a giant cut of meat. Not sure where the “man” part comes into play there, but that’s just how things go in Skate 3, I guess.
