
Last Epoch‘s season three Beneath the Ancient Skies update brings one of the overpowered Primordial items to take your builds to the next level, but getting your hands on them could be a challenging endeavour.
Rift Beasts will come randomly in the late-game, allowing you to harvest them for parts and spend them with the Skarven Bloodhorn NPC, who will give you the option to purchase these unique Primordial items and other items. You can only equip one Primordial item, so choose wisely to determine the power spike for your build.

There are two types of Primordial items: Exalted and Unique. The primordial exalted affixes are tier eight, and they can only be made by upgrading an item with one tier seven affix on it and using the Rune of Evolution item. Similar to unique items, you can make legendary primordial items, which come with more effects.
