As growing cost of living crisis is making its impact known on many families, many supermarkets, restaurant and pubs are coming forward to offer kids the joy of a hearty meal for free this Easter.
There's no doubt that eating out is more expensive than ever due to mounting prices. But a number of venues across the UK are offering great deals where you can treat your kids to a free meal.
Whether you'd like to go for a fancy meal at a restaurant or simple lunch at a supermarket, there are plenty of choice for you to make sure the cost of living crisis doesn't ruin your kids' Easter, while also saving some of your cash.
Here's the full list of places where kids can eat for free this Easter.
Supermarkets
Several supermarket cafes have stepped up with money-saving meal deals for kids this Easter:
M&S Café
From April 4 to 22, kids can get a free meal deal at M&S cafes whenever adults spend over £5.
The meal deal includes either a sandwich, toastie, pizza or pasta, and a snack, fruit, and a drink - which normally costs about £3.95, completely free of charge. The offer will give you one free children's meal per transaction.
Morrisons Café
Morrison cafes across the UK are offering a meal to anyone aged under 16, where you can get something from the kids menu for free - with any one adult meal every day at a value of £4.50 or over, from 3pm.
There is also a 'Feed the Family for a Tenner' scheme over Easter, including two adult mains, two kids mains and four drinks.
ASDA Café
Just like Morrisons, the ASDA cafes are offering kids the chance to eat for free every day from 3pm. The offer covers both hot meals as well as cold selections.
Restaurants
We might try to avoid indulging in fancy meals at restaurants due to the cost of living crisis. But some restaurants have free or cheap meals on offer for children.
Bella Italia
Kids can eat for just £1 when adults pay for a main course at Bella Italia. The offer runs every day - except on Saturdays- from April 1 to 24 , with separate menus for kids of different age groups.
The Piccolo menu is aimed at children aged two to six years, while the Grande menu including dishes like meatballs, bolognese, carbonara and pizza set for seven to 11-year-olds.
YO! Sushi
Japanese street food and sushi restaurant YO! is running an extended meal deal till May 26 where kids under 10 can eat for free if adults spend £10 between 3.30pm and 5.30pm from Monday-Thursday.
The offer includes a main, a side of edamame beans, and a drink for free from the Kids Meal Deal menu, with an option to add a dessert for £1.50.
Sizzling Pub & Grill
A range of the Sizzling Pub & Grill restaurants are offering kids the chance to eat for only £1 with every adult main meal between 3pm-7pm on weekdays.
Hungry Horse
Nip into Hungry Horse pubs to grab a free breakfast for your kids for every paying adult. Breakfast will be served from 8am to 12pm and the offer is available every day.
The Real Greek
Kids can eat for free every Sunday at the The Real Greek this Easter period, if an accompanying adult spends £10.
The offer is for children under 12, who will get to choose a kids meal, a drink, and an ice cream or sorbet as their free meal.
Table Table, Beefeater and Brewers Fayre
Up to two children can get free breakfasts for one paying adult at the Table Table, Beefeaters & Brewers Fair this Easter.
You can choose from cooked and Continental selections, which includes bacon, sausages, eggs, hash browns as well as baked pastries, cereal, fresh fruit. Drinks like chilled juices and unlimited tea or coffee will also be available.
Farmhouse Inns
Two kids can eat for £1 per paying adult for every weekday between April 4 and 22 from their local branches of Farmhouse Inns this Easter.
The meals include small breakfasts, any kids meal or junior carvery, which can be enjoyed at the dedicated family areas.
Gordon Ramsay Restaurant
Selected Gordon Ramsay restaurants are offering under-12s the chance to eat free all day from the children's menu for every adult who orders a main course from the a la carte menu.
Dunelm Cafe - Pausa
Dunelm Cafe-Pausa is letting kids grab a free mini meal for every accompanying adult who spends £4. The offer covers two snacks and a drink for every £4 spent in the cafe , and will be running until April 24.
