'All pink are we!' Leeds United fans react as club tease new away kit

These days, given the rise of social media, it is very rare that football fans will ever agree on anything.

Whether it's a squabble over transfer policy, tactics or who deserves to be in the starting XI, everything in modern football is up for debate.

And the issue of what a team wears is no different.

Earlier this month Leeds United released their home kit, which stuck to the tried-and-test formula of a white shirt, albeit with some 'platinum' trim to mark the centenary season.

While the club played it safe for the home shirt, it would appear that they have been more bold with the design for their new away shirt.

Images purporting to be the away short for the upcoming 2019-20 season surfaced online on Wednesday afternoon and looked to fuel rumours that Leeds had opted for a bold grey and pink design. 

The image, as you can see above, shows centre-back Ben White modelling the grey short which feature a pink hem plus sponsor and manufacture logo.

And soon enough the club appeared to confirm the new look:

Naturally, the images were widely shared online following the 'leak' with fans quick to give their take on them.
