Since you can skip these questions, you don't get any individual rewards for answering them all. However, answering all questions will earn you seven knowledge points, but you don't need to get all the questions correct. Even if you get these questions wrong, you will still get the points that you can use for your benefits in Persona 5 Phantom X.

The only way to get more questions in Persona 5 Phantom X is by playing through the game. During weekdays, whenever you go to school, you will be presented with a fresh set of questions every day. After your school is over, you can quickly end the day by heading to your house and sleeping in your bed to trigger a brand new day once again.
