All of the things you can't buy at one of Cardiff's biggest Asda stores

The worldwide coronavirus pandemic has led to shoppers stockpiling on everyday necessities.

Aisles have been stripped of pasta, tins, flour, paracetamol, hand sanitiser and loo roll.

Fears over items becoming unavailable have led to supermarket aisles being left totally empty.

Here are some of the things you can't buy right now at Asda's huge store in Leckwith

Toilet paper

Yes, the toilet paper section was completely empty this morning.

However, the Asda value brands had been emptied.

The signs asking shoppers to be considerate, were also put up here but were again ignored.

A member of staff at Sainsbury's in Thornhll, said shoppers were queuing outside the store at 7am, an hour before the shop was due to open.

The government has said there is no reason for anybody to stockpile and prime minister Boris Johnson said: "I am confident we have fantastic supply chains. It is very important that everybody should behave responsibly and think about others."
