Fighting bosses in Kaizen is important for progression. They’ll give you lots of XP and Mastery, but they also drop certain accessories and items that will help you get stronger. All Bosses in Kaizen - Drops, Locations, & Respawn Times
Two different types of bosses spawn in Kaizen: Story Bosses and World Bosses. Story Bosses are easier to find because they have a set spawn location, and the quest indicator will lead you to them. World Bosses, on the other hand, spawn in different locations on the map and have set respawn times.

All Story Bosses will respawn within 1 to 5 minutes of defeat. Bosses with the rarest drops, like Grasshopper and Finger Bearer, will take longer (up to 5 minutes) to spawn than the easier bosses like Cathy (respawns almost instantly).

World Bosses will respawn 10 minutes after defeat. However, bosses like Itadori and Eso have very low spawn chance, and you might have to hop a few servers to find these.
Kaizen FAQs
Binding Vow Spins are obtainable via Robux or as a drop from certain World Bosses like Itadori, Sukuna, and Gojo.
Core materials drop from both Story Bosses and World Bosses in Kaizen. World Bosses drop higher-rarity cores but have very low drop chances. Story Bosses, on the other hand, will drop low-rarity core materials with high drop rates.
For every World Boss, you must deal damage equal to 15% of the boss’s max HP to get the rewards. If you do less damage than that, you won’t get any reward even if your team defeats the boss.
