PEAK has a lot of items. Most of the time, when escaping the fog, it's hard to know whether to take one or leave it without knowing what effect it gives out, especially when a lot of things can poison or hurt you, instead of aiding you.
To help everyone out, we have created a list of every item and what it does. That way, when you find an item you've never seen before, you can quickly scan the list with CTRL+F and find out how useful, or unhelpful, it is. Since the game's launch, new items have been added via minor updates. The recent Mesa update has several new items you can discover on the island.

We're continuing to update this page as Aggro Crab and Landfall release more items into PEAK. We also haven't listed every food type, as most of them are fairly easy to find. However, we have noted specific foods where they might have an effect, such as poisonous Mushrooms.
On the topic of mushrooms and determining if one is poisonous, it's difficult, as there are several different varieties available. We tend to avoid them ourselves, for safety. However, we have a complete guide to determining which of PEAK's mushrooms are poisonous if you're interested in exploring each option and risking your character's health for some emergency food.
