The remake of one of the most influential first person shooters in gaming history, now titled Halo: Campaign Evolved, is coming July 28, 2026 across PC and console platforms.
While a new trailer at the XBOX Games Showcase showed some of what players can expect from the three new prequel missions being added to the remake, the showcase also revealed that Halo: CE is already up for pre-order ahead of its release at the end of this July.
Here’s every pre-order edition that fans can grab now, including all the different rewards and bonuses.
All Halo: Campaign Evolved pre-order editions

All Halo: Campaign Evolved pre-order bonuses
Every pre-order package includes everything included in the lower tiers, which mostly consists of digital items like armor and weapon skins. For the basic pre-order, this includes the return of some classic looks for a rush of 2000s nostalgia.
The next tier of pre-orders includes some flashier skins, which modern Halo players may be more accustomed to through battle passes.
Finally, the Collector’s edition includes the most exciting bonus available in any of the editions: the 12-inch statue of Master Chief wearing Mark V armor. This statue, along with the LED chip that houses Cortana, brings back memories of an era in gaming when all major game releases included substantial physical statues. This version also includes concept art prints and a physical game guide, described as a reimagining of the guide from the original game’s packaging.
Despite the apparent resurgence of the console wars between Xbox and PlayStation, Halo: Campaign Evolved will be available across current gen platforms. For subscribers to Pass Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass, the remake will be available day one.
When does Early Access for Halo: Campaign Evolved start?
For two out of three of the pre-order editions of Halo: Campaign Evolved (base edition pre-orders don’t include early access), players will be able to relive the fight against the Covenant a few days early. While the official game release is on July 28, early access players can get started a full five days ahead on July 23.
