Expected to be a worthy follow-up to FC 25‘s content-filled celebration, there are a lot of expectations riding on EA FC 26‘s upcoming Thunderstruck promo, which, of course, starts with its first team.
But apart from the long-rumored and now confirmed arrival of a 96-rated Diego Maradona, who else is expected to make the lineup? Here are all of the players either leaked or officially revealed to be part of EA FC 26‘s Black Friday Thunderstruck squad, or Thunderstruck Team 1.

All Thunderstruck Player Upgrades, Explained
Keep in mind that all of the above players can get up to three upgrades based on their team’s real-life performance in their domestic league following November 28 (I’m sorry, Liverpool fans). Here’s an overview of each of them:
- +1 Base PlayStyle: If their team gets two wins or draws in their next 5 domestic league matches
- ++ to all roles: If their team gets three wins or draws in their next 5 domestic league matches
- +1 PlayStyle+ (or a base PlayStyle if your player already has one): If their club scores 10 Goals within the next 10 domestic matches
EA FC 26 Thunderstruck Team 2 Release Date
Although whether or not there will be a Thunderstruck Team 2 is up to chance, the next EA FC 26 promo squad is expected to debut on December 5th, 2025. As always, all packs acquired before its arrival can still house its players.
