All new features in Honeyglow Woods in Disney Dreamlight Valley
The Honeyglow Woods Adventure Pack for DDV adds new content in just about every area of the game. This pack is completely themed around the world of Winnie the Pooh to commemorate its 100th anniversary.
It’s similar to larger paid expansions we’ve seen, like Storybook Vale or A Rift in Time, except on a bit of a smaller scale. This pack doesn’t have quite as much as a full-on expansion, but there’s still lots to delve into. Here’s everything we know it includes.
All Honeyglow Woods characters in Disney Dreamlight Valley
There are three characters you can unlock after purchasing the Honeyglow Woods Adventure Pack, all of which are from the world of Winnie the Pooh. These three characters are Pooh, Eeyore, and Piglet.
There’s also a fourth character from this universe you can find and meet in the valley, but this one is tied to the Wishblossom Ranch DLC. To unlock Tigger, you must purchase this expansion instead and progress through the main storyline until you manage to complete the Fun! Fun! Fun! quest.
All Honeyglow Woods biomes in Disney Dreamlight Valley
There are four biomes included in this pack. These regions are:
- The first area is Drowsybloom Acres , a relaxing sunny meadow.
- The second area is Gloom Meadow , a murky marsh packed with ponds, puddles, and rivers.
- The third area is Braveheart Grove , a dense, forested region.
- The fourth area is Nectar Apiary , a hidden glen full of honeycomb.
All Honeyglow Woods critters in Disney Dreamlight Valley
In this DLC, there’s one new type of critter you can meet, which is Hedgehogs. There are four unique variants of this creature, with one being available to befriend in each of the biomes.
All Honeyglow Woods gameplay mechanics in Disney Dreamlight Valley
There are two new gameplay features included in this pack. The first is Beekeeping, which allows you to place flowers around beehouses to produce Honey. The more flowers you place, the more Honey you get. When a beebox is fully pollinated, certain nearby flowers will respawn faster.
The second new gameplay mechanic is a mini-game called Poohsticks. This game is straight out of the world of Winnie the Pooh, so if you’re a big fan, you might already be familiar with it.
To play, you meet up with a group of villagers, select your item, which can be a stick or something else entirely, and toss it into the river. Then, you watch closely to see whose item makes it to the end first. Whoever crosses the finish line first wins. Like other games, this one also rewards you with friendship points.
Other Honeyglow Woods features in Disney Dreamlight Valley
In addition to all the main new content, there are also some smaller, but still exciting features included in this Adventure Pack. Here are the other features this DLC includes that you’ll want to know about.
- New Honey-based meals
- New Winnie the Pooh clothing and furniture
- New quests
- New flowers
- New landscaping items
There’s a lot to look forward to when this DLC finally arrives. If you’re looking for ways to stay busy in the meantime, you might consider working on Olaf’s Grand Exhibition rooms, including the Peaceful Meadow, Dazzle Beach, Forest of Valor, and Glade of Trust.
