LUCKNOW: Chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday directed officers that all departments should meet their monthly targets of development projects and get them inaugurated by public representatives.
Reviewing development work and the law and order situation of Baghpat, Yogi said that the step will benefit people according to the resolution of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas’.
The CM said that monitoring committees in all 244 gram panchayats and 9 urban bodies of the district should work like this actively. He said vigil needs to be kept on Covid and medicine kits should be distributed.
Reiterating that the pandemic was not over, the CM pitched for daily review of Covid control and management works, besides carrying out a wide awareness drive for vaccination.
Yogi said that ponds in the districts should be cleaned and renovated through MNREGS. He said that under ‘Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana’, ‘Anna Mahotsav’ would be organized at all ration shops of the state on August 5. He directed distribution of ration kits among at least 100 beneficiaries at all PDS shops.
