'All day long!' Nottingham Forest fans react after historic Sabri Lamouchi controversy

Nottingham Forest manager Sabri Lamouchi landed himself in the book during his side's 1-0 defeat against Wigan Athletic this afternoon.

Sammy Ameobi went down inside the box during the first half of the contest, leaving Forest fans, players and staff up in arms.

Antonee Robinson seemed to catch the striker, who was claiming for a penalty kick which was not given by the referee whilst the game was still tied at 0-0.

Ameobi went down injured and received treatment before the forward jumped back up onto his feet.

However, one man who simply didn't get on with proceedings was Lamouchi, who made his thoughts known by booting a water bottle.

Referee Matt Donohue took exception to the manner of his protests and issued a yellow card to the Forest boss, the first yellow card of its kind for a manager since a rule change at the start of the season.

Forest fans have since reacted to the incident and made their thoughts known on social media following the 1-0 defeat.

Here is the best of the reaction below.
