Marvel Rivals is bringing back its Swimsuit Special cosmetics for Summer 2026, adding 10 new beach-themed outfits on top of last year’s lineup. The new Rivals’ Summer Festival begins after the June 18 update and includes the Hellfire Bay Beach social hub, login rewards, event rewards, and another round of Swimsuit Special skins.
The 2026 lineup includes Emma Frost, Doctor Strange, Cloak & Dagger, Spider-Man, Mister Fantastic, Lady Loki, Daredevil, Black Widow, Captain America, and White Fox. Last year’s swimsuit skins are also back again because the 616 Day Vault is bringing limited-time cosmetics and events from the July to September 2025 period, including the previous Swimsuit Special items.

The 2026 Summer Festival adds 10 new Swimsuit Special costumes. NetEase has not revealed all final in-game skin names yet, so we’ll just list them by hero until the cosmetics go live in the store and event tabs.

The 2026 skins are being released across the Summer Festival and are not just all dumped on one launch day.
The current roadmap has Emma Frost and Doctor Strange arriving with the festival start, Black Widow and Daredevil following on June 26, and Lady Loki, White Fox, and Captain America rounding out the Swimsuit Special collection on July 3.
Mister Fantastic, Spider-Man, and Cloak & Dagger skins are listed under the Krakoan Reels event, which appears to be the Summer Festival’s event progression track. That should make them the closest equivalent to last year’s event-pass swimsuit rewards, though the free skin has not been confirmed yet.
All Marvel Rivals 2025 swimsuit skins
The first Marvel Rivals swimsuit wave arrived through the 2025 Summer Special event, which ran from July 17 to August 15. It added five beach outfits for Luna Snow, Psylocke, Loki, Thor, and The Thing, split between the event pass and the in-game store.

Thor’s Worthy Waves skin was the free reward from the first Summer Special event, unlocked at level 14 of the event pass. Luna Snow’s Cool Summer skin was the final premium reward at level 21, while The Thing’s Sunshine Thing skin was the first reward on the Summer Special event pass premium track.
Psylocke’s Breezy Butterfly and Loki’s Robe of Relaxation were store skins rather than event-pass rewards. Both were sold separately from the Summer Special pass.
All Marvel Rivals Summer Special Vol. 2 swimsuit skins
The second 2025 swimsuit batch arrived later through Summer Special Vol. 2, adding five more main swimwear skins. The Vol. 2 event pass included Human Torch, Mantis, and a second The Thing outfit, while Invisible Woman and The Punisher were released through the shop.

The Thing’s Rocky Tide skin was the free Vol. 2 event-pass outfit. Human Torch’s Sunny Sizzler and Mantis’ Oceanic Harmony required the premium pass, while Invisible Woman’s Azure Shade and The Punisher’s Aqua Arsenal were sold as shop bundles.
