Ikea is holding the first-ever "Ikea Festival", a 24-hour virtual event that will allow guests to enjoy home tours around the world and have fun activities, starting tomorrow at 1pm.

The virtual festival aims to be an entertainment fest and a source of inspiration and trends for future living with a line-up of music artists, chefs and designers ready to turn their living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms and backyards into virtual stages for performances and experiences, set in their homes, studios and neighbourhoods worldwide.
Interior design fans from around the world are invited to get home makeover inspirations and see how designers and current and former Ikea collaborators create work in their own unique spaces.
Visitors can also experience cook-offs, challenges and home visits where both healthy, planet-friendly and no-waste recipes are shared. There will be discussions around the kitchen table on the important topics of circularity, air, play and spaces.
Gamers will also find the new Ikea gaming range specially designed for them. And Ikea will open its doors to virtual experiences, from the factory floor in Zbaszynek, Poland, to the prototype shop in Älmhult, Sweden, and the Ikea museum, taking visitors back in time to explore the diverse history of the brand over the decades.
All in all, the online festival will take place in over 100 homes in more than 50 markets across the world.
Also, expect exceptional content from Ikea Thailand as its experts will offer tips on selecting the right furniture and accessories for Thai homes, showcase solutions in various room settings which are practical and easy to adapt, as well as introduce a Thai-Swedish fusion menu.
The festival will take place on IKEA.com/festival and can also be experienced in many Ikea stores around the world, free of charge.
