All 32 NFL quarterbacks (including Dolphins Tua Tagovailoa) ranked by passer rating for the 2023 regular season

The 2023 regular season has officially come to a close, and this was one of the craziest years for quarterbacks, as 66 different quarterbacks got to start at least one game.

The Miami Dolphins were very lucky to have Tua Tagovailoa start in all 17 of their contests, and the only time he exited games was due to a lopsided score one way or another.

Now that Week 18 has ended, we put together a ranking of 32 starting quarterbacks by passer rating (whoever started the most games for each team), including Tagovailoa.
