All 23 areas of Nottinghamshire that still have coronavirus cases

More than 20 areas of Nottinghamshire are still reporting cases of coronavirus.

The data is revealed on an interactive government map and comes as health experts confirmed the Indian variant, now known as the Delta variant, appears to be the dominant strain in the city.

It is suspected 85% of total cases in Nottingham are of the variant and this is expected to continue growing.

Despite the relatively high number of areas with cases, just four parts of the county have case rates above average - Bobbers Mill, Hyson Green, Carlton and Balderton.

The data shows Bobbers Mill is the worst affected areas with a total of 17 cases in the seven days to May 29, a rise of 13. The rolling rate for the area is 174 cases per 100,000 people.
