Alison Hammond signs up for Celebs Go Dating in hopes of finding 'the one'

This Morning’s Alison Hammond has revealed that she’s looking for love - and she’s signed up to receive some help from a certain famous agency.

The TV presenter, 44, will be appearing on the next series of Celebs Go Dating and getting a helping hand in the romance department from experts Anna Williamson and Paul Carrick Brunson.

Explaining why she’s signed up to the programme, Hammond said: “The reason I’ve joined is because I’m looking for that one who can make my heart sing.

“I truly am looking for someone who gives me a bit of excitement.

“I’m looking for someone who's secure, together and got their s**t going on,” she added.

Hammond rarely speaks about her private life and has previously kept her relationships under wraps.

She lives in Birmingham with her 13-year-old son, Aiden.

Other stars appearing on the next series of Celebs Go Dating - which will air next year - include Love Island's Amy Hart and Towie cast member James Lock.

EastEnders actor Dean Gaffney has also signed up alongside fellow soap star Malique Thompson-Dwyer.

Since bursting onto our screens in the 2002 series of Big Brother, she’s become a daytime TV mainstay and currently appears as a showbiz reporter on This Morning.

She’s also previously popped up on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, Sugar Free Farm and Celebrity Coach Trip.
