Friday's instalment of ITV's This Morning saw Alison Hammond share some romantic advice, while confessing she had "found" what she was looking for "ages ago".
As usual, the Brummie star presented the final episode of the week alongside Dermot O'Leary. Guest hosts Matthew Wright and Gyles Brandreth joined the pair as they discussed the topic of love.
They chatted about what to do if you're looking for romance, as well as the pitfalls some people in relationships face. Alison gave viewers at home some words of wisdom.

Gyles said: "Marilyn Monroe, very beautiful, found it quite difficult finding love. So you, Alison, may find finding love a bit of a challenge." Alison said: "Sometimes, I think, what it is... certain people are constantly comparing to other people in their relationships.
"They think 'oh this isn't good enough for me, I'm going to find something else'. Matthew agreed, adding: "Don't look, let it find you."
Dermot said: "I'm right here, all you needed. Right under your nose". Alison replied: "I found you ages ago".
It's not the first time the pair has gushed over each other. During an episode earlier this year, Dermot shared plans to "marry" Alison.
The show saw a couple whose wedding had been postponed due to lockdown given a lovely surprise. Teasing the segment, Alison told viewers how she had surprised the pair with a ceremony organised in just 30 minutes.
Dermot then turned to her and said: "If I was going to get married again, I'd want to marry you. "If I couldn't marry you, I would get married by you."
Alison said: "Oh, really? I love that you want to marry me", to which Dermot quickly replied: "I didn't say I want to marry you, I said..." His co-star added: "Err rewind it I think you'll find that you did". Dermot quickly held his head in his hands and shouted "ahhhh".
