Alison Hammond has sent fans into a frenzy with her latest career announcement.
It's been a busy period for the 46-year-old as ITV confirmed she will be returning to her This Morning hosting duties next week.
However the presenter took to Instagram with some good news as she confirmed she is set to release her first book in October - Birmingham Live reports.

'You've Got to Laugh: Stories from a Life Lived to the Full' will chronicle Alison's successes as she goes from small television shows to her breakout role on Big Brother - before landing her dream job on This Morning..
Alison shared a picture with a quote from the book, which reads: "I can't think why I enjoy interviewing Hollywood heartthrobs. But for some reason, I like sitting opposite fantastically handsome men and having a laugh with them."
The description of the book says: "You've Got To Laugh will give a never-before-seen insight into Alison's life: her loves, her losses - and a side order of gossip. As well as being a hugely entertaining and uplifting read, Alison's story will inspire you to grab life with
both hands and make the most of every single moment."
Alison also included a message with the photo to speak of how excited she is for fans to finally read her story.
She said: "Honestly still buzzing that my book “You’ve got to laugh “ is out in October . I just can’t wait ! Pre- Order your copy Now , so I know how many to print."
The news was met with universal excitement from Alison's celebrity friends - as the post was liked by Holly Willoughby and Pixie Lott who praised Alison for having 'the best laugh ever.'
