Alison Hammond left a This Morning caller in tears today after she encouraged her in an emotional speech.
Sam called into the show to confess how she was struggling because her body image was at "an all time low".
Sam said she liked nothing about her body and was worried about seeing more people as restrictions lifted.
Heartbreakingly Sam said her children asked her what she loved about herself and she said she had to lie to them and say she liked everything about herself, when in fact she couldn't think of a single thing she liked about her physical appearance.
Alison was quick to address Sam's concerns and said: "How do your children see you?"
Sam said she thought her children thought she was great and Alison said: "I think you need to start seeing yourself how your children see you."
Agony aunt Deidre then stepped in with some more advice, before Alison spoke again.
Sam became emotional as Alison said: "Sam you need to start loving yourself, loving everything, all that juice about you, it doesn't matter if you take up a bit extra room in the world, it really doesn't matter babes.
"Take that room up and own it, I want to come round your house and have some time with you."
As Sam rang off host Dermot O'Leary praised Alison for her words and said how well she'd done addressing Sam's concerns.
Alison said: "We need to see our bodies not as ornaments, but as instruments they do amazing things, she'd had kids, she's got to love herself."
And viewers were also quick to praise Alison's comments on social media.
