Alison Hammond issued a very serious warning to This Morning viewers during Thursday's edition of the show.
The 46-year-old TV presenter has been hosting the ITV programme alongside Dermot O'Leary this week as Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield enjoy an extra long festive break.
Towards the end of Thursday's show, Alison and Dermot welcomed Welsh Italian chef Michela Chiappa into the studio to demonstrate how she makes mushroom risotto.
As Michela cooked and chatted away, she was keen to talk about different kinds of mushrooms and claimed her family pick their own in Wales.
Alison listened politely as she tucked into a bowl of risotto, but was keen to add a serious warning to those watching at home.

"But I should say don't go and do that because honestly you can use the wrong mushroom," she blurted out as Michela was heard mumbling: "Okay."
Alison then continued: "So you have to go out with someone who really knows what they're talking about. I'm gonna put that warning out there, honestly you have to be careful."
Dermot was heard bursting out laughing and replied: "Thank you Alison. Strangest health warning of all time is Alison Hammond telling you not to eat toadstools!"

Michela didn't seem overly impressed but was heard laughing awkwardly in the background.
Viewers tuning in at home seemed to be more concerned about Michela's accent as opposed to picking dangerous mushrooms.
Taking to Twitter one person joked: "#ThisMorning she goes from Tom Jones to Gino De Campo when she says risotto."
Another posted: "#ThisMorning She's born in Wales, not Italy, stop mixing the accents to sound better, it's bad."
A third viewer commented: "The accent is all over the place. #ThisMorning," and a fourth added: "#thismorning why does she speak with an accent when she is born in the UK? Am I missing something?"
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV and ITV Hub.
