Alison Hammond hailed a 'goddess' as she unveils new look

Alison Hammond is mostly known for her role as a presenter on ITV's This Morning, after having first rose to fame appearing on Big Brother in 2002.

The 46-year-old has lost a lot of weight by making changes to her diet and starting a fitness routine.

At her heaviest, the presenter revealed she weighed 20 stone and decided to make a change.

She signed up for WW and is now an ambassador for the group, the Daily Express reports.

Alison has shared a series of snaps with her Instagram followers, showing different looks from the past twelve months.

The "reel" begins with Alison dressed in black sequins, with her hair in a sleek high ponytail.

The " This Morning " logo can be seen in the background.

It's a new look for the TV star, who usually has her hair down, with curls framing her face - and her clothes usually have at least a splash of colour.

Other photos in the post include a number of selfies, as well as shots of Alison looking extremely glamorous at various events.

Captioning the post, she said: "12 Months ! Thought it was cute might delete later. Happy Boxing Day !!"

Model and fellow This Morning presenter Lisa Snowdon simply posted five heart emojis.

A number of Alison's fans have also left messages.
