Alison Hammond confirms she won't be returning to ITV show

Alison Hammond waved goodbye to the UK for a while after saying she won't be going back to an ITV show.

The This Morning presenter has swapped the city of Birmingham for Cannes in France as she went to live her best life for a short trip. The mum-of-one shared a picture of her looking glamourous in a bright outfit by the sea on her Instagram account.

She wore a multicoloured kimono, a white blouse and navy loose-fitting trousers. She paired the finished look with sunglasses and big silver hooped earrings.

She wrote: "One Night in Cannes !! @ygillet @martinezhotel @livingmybestlife." Her fans were quick to comment on how stunning she looked.

Julie said: "You look beautiful." Kate said: "Looking stunning Alison."

Another user said: "You make life worth living. Thank you Queen Beautiful."

It comes after the Brummie beauty recently broke her silence on claims she is heading into ITV I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here for a second time. Alison lost out to Stacey Solomon in the 2010 series.

A special All Star Edition of I'm A Celebrity featuring previous campmates is being planned for broadcast in 2023, according to reports. The spin off show would be based in South Africa and see former stars return.

On This Morning, Alison's co-star Dermot O'Leary said: "Could Alison be returning to I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here? She's booked." He later asked: "Would you do it, Alison? Again? Because it was quite tough."

He added: "We want you there!" But Alison poured cold water on any hopes of her heading back to the show.

The TV personality, who shot to fame on Big Brother in the noughties, told Dermot and guest Gyles Brandreth: "I don't think I would do it. It was tough to not get a shower. I was missing home as well."
