Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary delighted an inspiring five-year-old with a trip to Anfield Stadium.
Albie-Junior Thomas and his dad, Dan Thomas battled snow and gales to climb Snowdon.
After completing the climb, it is now thought Albie, from Holywell, is the youngest amputee to scale Snowdon.

Albie from Holywell, had his foot amputated at 15-months-old.
He was born with fibular hemimelia, a congenital condition where the tibia is shorter than normal and the fibula is missing or underdeveloped.
The condition meant Albie needed to have part of his left leg amputated.
Joining Alison and Dermot on This Morning, Albie and Dan explained why they want to inspire others, no matter their disabilities, to challenge themselves.
Alison and Dermot were so taken aback by the story, they presented Albie with a very special gift.
Dermot joked: "I've heard you're a big Arsenal fan is that right?"
Albie said: " Liverpool."
Dermot said: "Well, we do have a little present for you as it's your birthday."
He then handed little Albie a huge box.
Dermot said: "So what we've got, Liverpool football club would like to invite Albie and his family for a tour of Anfield Stadium, you get to go to the players' dressing rooms, sit in Jurgen Klopp's chair.
"We've got this season's home kit with your name and number on it."
An excited Albie said: "I have another football kit now, thank you."
