Alioski or Douglas? Hernandez to return? Leeds United line-ups for Sheffield Wednesday clash

Adam Forshaw is once again patrolling the Leeds United treatment room on his own again with the news Pablo Hernandez is fit again.

The Spanish playmaker is available for Saturday’s Sheffield Wednesday clash, according to head coach Marcelo Bielsa, along with midfielder Jamie Shackleton, who played for the under-23s on Sunday.

Last week, Bielsa said Tyler Roberts would return to training with the first team this week, alongside Hernandez, although he was not mentioned by name on Thursday.

There are various debates to be had across the pitch as to which way Bielsa turns with his team selection for Saturday, especially after Monday’s impressive display at Arsenal.

Kiko Casilla will surely return in goal, despite Illan Meslier’s encouraging debut, while captain Liam Cooper is a certainty to come back in.

Barry Douglas and Ezgjan Alioski’s battle at left-back is back on, however, after impressive performances from the Scot in the last two.

Helder Costa and Stuart Dallas will be line for returns too, but how would you approach the Hernandez, Shackleton and Roberts returns?
