A new escape room experience which has Alice in Wonderland and Harry Potter inspired-rooms has opened in Leeds’ White Rose Shopping Centre.
The Escapologist has opened, next to New Look and has seven different rooms for guests to try, a cafe and a fully licensed bar.
One of the rooms includes visuals that tell the captivating story of Lewis Carroll’s Mad Hatter’s Tea Party and the Queen’s Stolen Hearts.

The room named Almost Alice features intricate puzzles, from completing the Wall of Hearts, to placing the giant cupcake on the Mad Hatter’s table. The room can be enjoyed by a maximum of six guests, is suitable for all ages, and has a difficulty ranking of the medium.
Steven Foster, Centre Director at White Rose Shopping Centre, said: “We won’t reveal any secrets about The Escapologist’s Almost Alice room, but it’s a truly magical experience.
"The Escapologist’s rooms make the perfect family bonding experience and with more than 100 retailers plus a variety of restaurants and an 11-screen Cineworld, there’s something for everyone at White Rose.”
