Alia Bhatt can't wait to see hubby Ranbir Kapoor reuniting with director Sanjay Leela Bhansali for 'Love And War'

Alia Bhatt will soon be seen sharing screen space with hubby Ranbir Kapoor, once again, this time, in director Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Love and War'. The film will see the power couple reuniting on-screen after their blockbuster hit 'Brahmastra'.

In a recent interview, Alia shared her eagerness to begin working on the upcoming film and also revealed what she is most excited for about the project. Highlighting the significant collaborations in this upcoming film, Alia told News18 that the film's multiple reunions were something to look forward to. She told the portal, "First and foremost, the pleasure and honour of working with Sanjay sir once again. Under his guidance and gaze… you can go anywhere with him. His attention to detail, and his attention to you."

She went on to add that she is most excited to watch her husband, Ranbir reuniting with the director after almost two decades. "I'm like, ‘Wow, what’s that going to be like?'," she said.

The film will also mark Alia's reunion with her 'Raazi' co-star Vicky Kaushal. Interestingly, the film will also mark another collaboration Kaushal and Kapoor, who were last seen together in 'Sanju'. "Lots of combinations. But of course, at the end of the day, the trick is to keep your head down and work, and not let the other excitement get in the way. The excitement about the film and the material is most important," Alia said.

Slated for a 2025 release, 'Love And War' will also mark another collaboration between Alia and Bhansali, following their successful 2022 film 'Gangubai Kathiawadi.'
