Algeria to import pharmaceutical products worth $100 million for coronavirus

Algeria will allocate $100 million to import pharmaceutical products and equipment to fight the coronavirus outbreak, the government said on Sunday.

The North African country has so far confirmed 201 cases of the virus, with 17 deaths, mostly in the Bliba area, south of the capital Algiers.
