
Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune discussed on Thursday with visiting Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs, the European Union and Cooperation José Manuel Albares Bueno ways to enhance the economic partnership between the two countries.
A presidential communique said discussions also focused on raising such cooperation to innovative sectors.
Albares Bueno affirmed the two countries aspire that their economic cooperation reaches “the desired level,” underlining Spain’s willingness to start the preparation for the next high-level meeting that will be held in Spain, and that will enable identifying the innovative sectors, notably renewable energy, agriculture and shipbuilding industry.
