With temperatures currently soaring, Liverpool's Hilton hotel has created a new terrace that's perfect for enjoying the sunshine.
Located at the Hilton Hotel Liverpool City Centre on Thomas Steers Way, the alfresco terrace is an ideal spot to take in views of the city whilst enjoying food and cocktails. The hotel has teamed up with Love Lane Brewery and The Botanist islay dry gin to create an oasis in the city centre where guests can watch the world go by.

A menu of bar bites is available, with three big bites plates on offer for £20. Choose from nachos, tangy BBQ wings, beef barbacoa mac and cheese or tasty spiced cauliflower fritters. The Hilton has also launched its new summer cocktail menu, in association with Botanist gin, which includes a classic Botanist gin and tonic, Botanist and pear martini, a wild garden or Botanist bubbles.
