Alfredo Morelos reveals thrill of Rangers as Ibrox club produce documentary on Colombian star

Rangers are to release a documentary on star striker Alfredo Morelos this week - and supporters have been treated to a glimpse of what's in store.

The film 'Soy Alfredo' - which translates as 'I Am Alfredo' - will see the 22-year-old tell his story in his own words.

Morelos won his third cap for his country this week after a stellar season at Ibrox in which he leads the goalscoring charts with 29 goals.

But he has had his troubles too since making the £1m move to Rangers from HJK Helsinki two years ago.

Most notably his discipline has been criticised with the fiery frontman having racked up four red cards this season alone, although the first of those was rescinded.

Now the fans' favourite is ready to tell his own story through the documentary to be aired on Rangers TV on Thursday.

A trailer was released on social media in which Morelos described the feeling  of walking out in front of a full house at Ibrox.

He said: “It’s an awesome adrenaline. It isn’t fear or nerves.

“I feel so much more motivated to do things right, to win, to get three points at home, to play well there, to prove to our fans that we are ready to give them a show regardless of who we are playing against.”
