Alfredo Morelos OUT of Rangers' second leg clash with Braga over silly yellow card

Goal machine Alfredo Morelos has dealt Rangers a huge blow after getting ruled out of the crucial second leg clash with Braga.

The Europa League's top scorer received a needless booking in the first half for dissent and will be out of the return leg in Portugal.

The striker has been plagued with disciplinary issues since arriving at the club and Steven Gerrard's side has regularly suffered from his absence.

Jermain Defoe is already sidelined for Rangers and Florian Kamberi will now likely lead the line in a week's time after signing on loan from Hibs on Deadline Day.

Morelos has picked up ten yellow cards and two red cards during this term.

It's his fifth in the Europa League which means he will serve a one-game suspension.

The Colombian has improved his discipline compared to last season, but his fiery temper is still proving to be a problem for the Ibrox club.
