Alfredo Morelos earns Rangers big sell as striker headlines key Ibrox link-up

Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos is playing a key role in the club's latest partnership with big-hitters Dugout.

The digital media firm boasts clients such as Real Madrid, Juventus and Manchester City on their platform and announced a deal on Friday

And the new agreement is already well underway as they uploaded a selection of Rangers -related content to their website.

It includes the Ibrox side's finest goals against rivals Celtic and a pair of vignettes focusing on Steven Gerrard 's talisman.

The first is the Colombia international's best finishes and the other is entitled 'Alfredo Morelos' Rangers story', that includes quotes from the player himself on life at Ibrox.

The 23-year-old's Rangers future is set to be the subject of great debate this summer with the player open in past of his desire to test himself in the English Premier League.

His future could also be dependent on what comes next for the beautiful game as football looks to adjust to life amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Morelos is looking to bounce back from a wretched second half of last season in which he only netted once after the winter break.

But the player also hinted at an extended Ibrox stay recently as he shared a selection of images of himself alongside Gerrard ahead of Rangers' training return.

Speaking in an interview shared on the Dugout website, he said: "I knew I was coming to a big club, a club with a lot of history, with a lot of titles.

"I knew that it was a club that had fallen, so I knew they were in the first division (Premiership) again and I knew they wanted to win.

"And that they wanted to be top again, that they wanted to fight, so I cam with that attitude of doing things right.

"I came in as the second forward and I got the opportunity to play and I proved what I could do, my goals.

"I started earning my place here with Rangers and so far it's been excellent.

"I'm happy with everything I've done here with Rangers."
