Alfredo Morelos 'agrees personal terms' with Porto

Rangers star Alfredo Morelos has reportedly agreed personal terms with Portuguese giants Porto.

The 25-year-old was in fine from last season for the Gers, scoring 17 goals in 44 games.

It is understood that Porto are planning to launch a £10m bid for 'El Bufalo' but Rangers will demand closer to £20m for the deal to stand any chance of happening.

Portuguese radio station Antena 1 say there is ‘total agreement’ that Morelos will move to the Primera Liga side this summer.

This is not the first time a move away from Ibrox has been on the cards for the Columbian. Last season he was heavily linked with French Ligue 1 side Lille but a deal never materialised.

After another impressive season from the striker there is no surprise he has attracted interest from elsewhere but with the Champions League qualifiers in mind, Rangers boss Steven Gerrard might not be so keen to let go of his man.

Morelos is currently on international duty with Colombia at the Copa America.

After a substitute appearance in a 2-1 defeat against Peru, Morelos was left out of the squad against Brazil.
