Alfredo Morelos abuse condemned by anti-sectarianism charity after Rangers star targeted

Anti-sectarianism charity organisation Nil By Mouth has slammed the yob who called Alfredo Morelos an "Orange b******" in a video that has been widely shared on social media.

They took to Twitter to blast the individual for "Pathetic, cowardly bigoted behavour" after the story was reported by the Daily Record .

The video shows Premiership star Morelos in what appears to be Glasgow city centre, talking to a man in front of his grey sports car.

The person filming then shouts the sectarian slur at the Rangers striker as they drive past.

Morelos can be seen momentarily glaring at the individual with disgust before the video finishes.

The Colombian has been a controversial figure during his two and a half year spell in Scotland, scoring a mountain of goals but also being sent-off an astonishing seven times.

Morelos was also targeted with sectarian slurs during  Rangers'  2-1 win over Celtic while police are investigating accusations that he was racially abused.
