Alfie Boe and Michael Ball dodge Masked Singer Hedgehog identity questioning

Alfie Boe and Michael Ball managed to successfully dodge questioning about whether either of them were Hedgehog on the Masked Singer.

Speculation is rife as to who Hedgehog really is, from Tony Hadley to Jason Manford.

Two of those rumoured were Michael and Alfie, who were about to be probed about the rumours on Good Morning Britain today.

However the pair managed to swiftly avoid any questions about the show and stuck to comments about their upcoming tour.

Is this a huge hint that one, or both, of them is Hedgehog?

On Monday, the newly unmasked Unicorn, Jake Shears, told Lorraine Kelly that he reckoned that Hedgehog was Spandau Ballet's Tony Hadley.

Detailing how he became suspicious as to who could be dressed as the prickly animal, he continued: "I was riding home in a cab one night after hearing him sing and I thought it was him."

Last weekend, Unicorn and Duck were unmasked as Jake Shears and Skin from Skunk Anansie.

Earlier on, the panelists correctly guessed Unicorn's identity after one of his clues involved appearing naked in front of Ozzy Osborne, which both guest panelists Kelly and Sharon knew Jake had done.

As he took off his mask, the panelists all squealed in delight after managing to correctly guess his identity.

Asked why he took part in the show, he said: "I've been having so much fun! it's just right up my alley."

He added: "It was a no brainer for me!"

Meanwhile guest judge Kelly Osbourne was stunned after learning Duck was Skin as she had gigged with the pop legend in the past.

Gasping, Kelly said: "I cannot believe I did not get that, my mind is blown!"

Skin replied: "I was so scared because Kelly and Sharon would get me!"
