Alexis Sanchez unhappy at Manchester United and under Jose Mourinho as PSG show interest

Alexis Sanchez is reportedly seeking a move to French giants PSG, despite being less than a year into his £80m contract at Manchester United.

Since being snared away from Manchester City by the United hierarchy in January, Sanchez has only scored for goals for Jose Mourinho's side in 24 appearances.

According to The Times, Sanchez's agent, Fernando Felicevich, has been putting out feelers to potential suitors, which solicited a promising response from the Parisian side. It's not the first time Sanchez has been linked with a move to the French champions, having thought to be PSG's top-target in 2017 until they were alerted to Kylian Mbappé's availability.

The Manchester United manager has reportedly become increasingly disillusioned with Sanchez, and the backroom staff too are said to be aggrieved by the forward's tendency to answer back and criticise Mourinho's tactics.

Untied's squad are also alleged to be somewhat indifferent towards Sanchez who, like at Arsenal, only speaks to a select few players, instead preferring the company of his two dogs.

Coupled by the Chilean's combative nature on the pitch - frequently demanding the ball, becoming selfish in possession and lamenting his teammates' mistakes - has done little in the way of helping him to settle at the club.

Whether PSG would be willing to match Sanchez's astronomical wage packet at United - said to be anywhere between £350,000-£500,000 per week - remains to be seen. After all, the French champions already have Neymar and Mbappé playing on the wings, although constant speculation lingers over the pair as to whether a move to Spain might materialise.

However, while apparently vastly preferring life in London to his new home, Sanchez may well be willing to take a pay-cut in order to relocate to the French capital.
