Alexis Sanchez insists there's nobody like Romelu Lukaku and explains why pair failed at Manchester United

Alexis Sanchez believes Romelu Lukaku is a unique striker and the pair's time at Manchester United ended in failure due to too much upheaval at the club.

The Chilean joined the Belgian at the San Siro this summer, signing on a season-long loan.

After Lukaku started with two goals in two games, Sanchez is optimistic he too can revive his career alongside his teammate, who he describes as one of the most unique players in the world.

“You won’t find anyone else like him, anywhere in the world,” Sanchez told ESPN.

“Lukaku and I trained very well. But we needed to play more in games to get to our best.

“It wasn’t the right time for us to be at Manchester. Too many changes. When you change that much, it’s tough."

Sanchez played for Chile during the international break in the goalless draw with Argentina.

And the former Arsenal star could make his Inter debut on Saturday against Udinese at the San Siro.
