Alexia Nepola caused a stir online when she appeared with a noticeable bruise on her face during the Season 6 finale of “Real Housewives of Miami.” The 56-year-old reality star clarified on Instagram that the bruising on her lower left cheek and neck was a result of a cosmetic procedure mishap. She explained that she had undergone collagen stimulation threads in the jowl area, which led to swelling and bruising due to a vein being affected.

A thread lift, also known as collagen stimulation threads, is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure aimed at lifting and tightening the skin for a more youthful appearance, as described by the Cleveland Clinic. Nepola shared this information in response to fans expressing concern over her visible bruise.

Earlier in the week, Nepola and Marysol Patton accused Larsa Pippen of orchestrating a fake breakup with Marcus Jordan. Patton expressed skepticism about the situation, stating that recent revelations made her feel like they had been deceived. Nepola echoed these sentiments, labeling the situation as staged and absurd.

Pippen and Jordan had sparked breakup rumors when they unfollowed each other on social media before Valentine’s Day. However, they appeared to be back together on the romantic holiday, spending the day together and showcasing a significant diamond ring on Pippen’s finger during a date night.

Pippen later admitted on a podcast that she regretted hastily removing Jordan from her Instagram account, attributing her impulsive actions to emotional tendencies. She acknowledged her emotional nature and tendency to distance herself if not feeling loved adequately.

The unfolding drama among the “Real Housewives of Miami” cast members continues to captivate fans, with social media interactions and public statements adding fuel to the ongoing storyline.
